Dr. Balai practices in the Memorial area of Houston, where he focuses on thoughtful, conservative dentistry. His goal is simple: help you keep your teeth healthy for as long as possible, using the least invasive approach that will actually work.

He has completed advanced post-graduate training in implant dentistry through the AAID MaxiCourse, surgical training through the Koerner Surgical Institute, and biomimetic dentistry through the BAARD Institute. This combination allows him to handle a broad range of cases — from a single filling to complex implant restorations — while keeping a conservative, preservation-first approach at the center of every treatment plan.

Dr. Balai practices fee-for-service because it gives him the freedom to make purely clinical decisions. No insurance contract dictates which materials he uses, how many minutes he spends with you, or what treatment he recommends. If watching and waiting is the right answer, that is what he will tell you.
